I have not received an email about my order, has it been placed?
Good question! We will send an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order to ensure you have a receipt. If you have not received one and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible that the order was not completely placed or your email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact us via our email at Leduex@outlook.com and we will make sure it is rectified.
Where is my order?
Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email. If this does not work, please contact us at Leduex@outlook.com. We need the recipient's name, the email address used to place the order and the order number. Once we have it, we will contact you with additional details about your order status.
I have not received my package, what should I do?
if you did not receive your package on time, it may have been lost in transit. Send an email to Leduex@outlook.com so that we can personally take care of your situation and have your items delivered as quickly as possible!
I have received my order and noticed an error, how can I fix this?
If Leduex has a makes a mistake in your order, we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. Please contact us via our email Leduex@outlook.com with your name, order number and what error occurred (enclose photos!) so that we can make it right as quickly as possible.
I have entered the wrong engraving, can I change it?
Please email us immediately! We may be able to correct it. But for engravings, in most cases we cannot change these after the order has been placed.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Leduex makes every effort to ship your package as quickly as possible. Something that is made with a lot of love takes time. All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days after ordering.
How long does shipping take?
This varies per product, some items still needs to be personalized, which takes more time than the items that we can deliver immediately from stock. The shipping time per product is indicated on the product page. Under the 'Shipping information' tab
how much does shipping cost?
We take full responsibility for the shipping costs of our products. All our products are delivered to you free of charge. No minimum order value is required.
Replace policy
Here at leduex we have a replacement policy. If you do not like the product due to color/size, etc. We will replace the product with a regional option. Please note that the product you previously received must be in good condition with the original packaging. We have the right to refuse an replacement.
